boooring day...went to town for a while in the afternoon to get presents...spent the rest of the day at home doing nothing...as usual...ask me if i've started on my homework...hahaha...would u believe it...i have NOT....shaan shaan shaan...what are u doing with ur life?? wasting it...oh well...before the hols started i had actually planned to study a bit every day...hahaha didn't happen...just goes to show how much resolve i have...actually this only happens when it comes to studies...sad sad...

i watched oprah yesterday...i don't usually but i sure as hell didn't regret watching yesterday's episode..it was about her trip to south africa one christmas..it was really sad coz there were thousands of children there...dirt poor, orphaned, diseased...they have nothing...NOTHING...and here we are...with sooo much..and all we do is complain complain complain and feel shitty and depressed and whatever about the most trivial stuff ever...we don't even know what suffering and true sadness is..it's shows like the one i watched yesterday that can really wake u up..we should really be some of the happiest people around...and the best thing about oprah is instead of just talking and doin nothing about their situations, she actually did something...she gave them each a backpack full of goodies..basic stuff(we'd probably even consider it useless)..but to those children it seemed the greatest gifts they had ever received...i honestly can't even imagine being like them...this world needs way more oprahs...
