it's been a loooong and tiring week for me but it ended in the best possible way!!! last sunday, monday, tuesday and wednesday were spent training for the gurdwara cup...non-stop netball...the games started on thursday and finished on saturday...we started off playing kedah thursday afternoon...that one went as expected...friday morning was our group match against FT...lost 30-18...it was a really really bad game...no one seemed to be focused on the match and we let them walk all over us...again...that evening we played selangor and that was the match that would decide if we made it to the finals...we won, cheered on by none other than the FT netball team...wanting us to play them in the final...expecting to beat us yet again...BUUUUUUUUT...their cheering us came back to haunt them coz on saturday morning, after six years of winning the netball championship trophy, FT was beaten!!!!!!!! we won an extremely close match, with a score of 18-14...i'll never forget it!!! was dreaming netball tactics the night before the match..couldn't even sleep properly...that's how scred i was! thanks so much to my friends and family who supported me and the team soooo much...it really helped!! so the gurdwara cup came to a close last night with the closing ceremony dinner...was very tired though...but still had fun dancing with my team mates and all...joking about stuff(thankfully i was spared from the usual nonsense this year)...hahaha...now that it's over it all seems to have happened so fast...till the next time..........
