today is marianne's birthday...HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARI!!! we all know what you wished for : )

ri chard, christine, mimi, max and i trooped down to her house to surprise her with a cake..mimi didn't have to do much trooping since she's mari's neighbour! it was really fun...after surprising her and cutting cake and eating cake we sat around talking for about an hour or so..all the usual stuff we talk about..some scandalous stories etc etc...

heading to school tomorrow to study..hopefully it's relatively empty and quiet..geri d should be there as well..only thing i'm not looking forward to is lunching in school...get enough of that during the school term...but no choice i guess..gotta maximise my time there...no going to orchard or toa payoh for lunch and wasting 2 hrs..

had a good three hours of tv today save for arrested development coz stupid rockstar: inxs extended way past its timeslot..again...annoying!!! i don't know how inxs could even think of replacing michael hutchence...injustice to the memory of him...imagine if they came up with rockstar: nirvana...trying to replace kurt cobain...k i can't even imagine...not that i'm a big fan of these bands or anything but it just seems funny trying to replace characters who made the band what they are...it's not right
