i didn't need it today..i really didn't..initially i didn't think it did but it has affected me..especially since it just seems to keep coming..thanks geri for listening to me earlier this morning or yesterday morning technically..reflected on some things u said and i think i may have lost some of my "strength"..just hope i find it again soon..
